How many filtration cycles can the VITO VL do?
With the VL, up to 16 filtrations are possible directly one after the other if the filtration time corresponds to the standard (4.5min.). If the VITO is then overheated (>75°C), it takes approx. 15min to cool down if the VITO is plugged in (fan actively cooling down) or 2h if the VITO is unplugged (no fan running - therefore takes longer).

For how many cycles may we use the particle filter of the VITO mobile system?
It highly depends on the particles, that can be scraped off, once the vacuum decreases and the filter cannot be cleaned/ scraped manually anymore, then it is time to change the filter.
What are the consumables after buying VITO?
When you buy a VITO, the only regularly arising expenses are the replacement filters.
What does TPM mean?
The TPM value (total polar materials) enables a statement on the ageing of deep-frying oils due to the effects of heat. It determines the total amount of polar materials in % as the reading is showing.
What is the storage condition of VITO?
The VITO can be kept in the kitchen or in a warehouse. VITO is made of stainless steel so it won't rust.
Can the same filter paper be used for different deep fryers?
Yes, you can use a filter approximately 6 up to 10 cycles. It doesn't matter if you use it for the same deep fryer or for different deep fryers.
