To use the “Oil Testing” section and digitally document your measurements, you first need to provide information about your setup in the kitchen. Go to the “Setup” subsection under the Oil Testing section and add details about your fryers, such as “Chicken Fryer,” “Fish Fryer,” “Veggies Fryer,” etc. Once all your fryers are registered, go to the “New Reading” subsection. Select the fryer you just tested and enter the required information. After completing the form, click “Save Reading.” You can view all your measurements in the “HACCP List” subsection.
